These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Nomadiq platform, including its website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Qidamon Ventures Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Unit 1, Floor 3, Building-2, Solitaire Corporate Park, Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400093, India.
By registering on or using the Platform, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Age Restriction: The Platform is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using Nomadiq, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
About Nomadiq
Nomadiq is an AI-powered flight fare tracking and automated booking platform. Our system monitors flight prices on your behalf, predicts potential price drops using proprietary algorithms, and upon your authorisation, automatically books your ticket when the price reaches the predicted optimal level.
Nomadiq acts as a technology intermediary. Flight bookings are executed through third-party booking partners and airlines. We are not an airline, a travel agent licensed under IATA for direct ticketing, or an insurer.
How the Platform Works
SmartBooking - Domestic Flights
You provide your travel preferences (route, travel date, airline preference, cabin class, and acceptable price). You load Booking Balance equal to the current fare plus a non-refundable Platform Fee of Rs. 350 per booking. Nomadiq monitors the fare for up to 5 days before your departure date. When the price drops to or below the predicted level, we automatically book your ticket. The difference between the amount loaded and the final ticket price (excluding the Platform Fee) is refunded to your original payment source within 5-7 business days.
Price Guarantee: If the fare does not drop within the monitoring window, Nomadiq books your ticket at the prevailing market price at no additional cost to you. If the price rises beyond the amount you loaded, Nomadiq bears the difference - your trip is always guaranteed.
SmartBooking - International Flights
You load Booking Balance equal to the current fare only - no Platform Fee is charged upfront. When the price drops and your ticket is auto-booked, we charge a Savings Fee of 25% of the amount saved. The remaining 75% of savings is refunded to your original payment source within 5-7 business days. The same price guarantee applies: if the fare does not drop or rises, Nomadiq covers the difference.
Booking Balance ("Travel Credits")
Amounts loaded onto your Nomadiq account are held as Booking Balance, also referred to as Travel Credits. The following terms govern their use:
- Booking Balance is non-withdrawable to your bank account except in the circumstances described under Refunds below.
- Booking Balance may only be used for flight bookings made through the Nomadiq Platform.
- Booking Balance does not earn interest.
- Booking Balance cannot be transferred peer-to-peer or to any third party.
- There is no cash-out facility.
- Booking Balance is not a deposit, a payment instrument, or a prepaid payment instrument regulated by the Reserve Bank of India.
All payments to load Booking Balance are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, our payment gateway partner. Nomadiq does not store your card, UPI, or net banking credentials.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation during monitoring (pre-booking)
If your trip is in the monitoring phase and has not yet been booked, you may cancel at any time. The full Booking Balance loaded will be refunded to your original payment source within 5-7 business days. No cancellation fee applies.
Cancellation after booking
Once your flight has been booked, the cancellation policy of the respective airline applies. Nomadiq will process and pass through any refund received from the airline to you in full. In addition, we will retain only the Platform Fee (Rs. 350 for domestic) or the Savings Fee (25% of savings, for international) that was charged at the time of booking. Nomadiq does not charge any additional cancellation processing fee.
Refund timelines after airline cancellations may vary based on the airline's own processing schedule, in addition to our 5-7 business day processing window.
Refunds
- All refunds are credited exclusively to the original payment source (bank account, card, or UPI handle used at the time of loading Booking Balance).
- Refunds are not issued to Nomadiq credits or any third-party account.
- Standard processing time is 5-7 business days from the date of refund initiation by Nomadiq.
- Nomadiq is not liable for delays caused by your bank or payment provider beyond our processing window.
AI Price Predictions - Disclaimer
Nomadiq's price drop predictions are generated by proprietary machine learning models and are indicative in nature. They do not constitute a guarantee that the fare will drop to the predicted level or drop at all. Airline pricing is dynamic and subject to factors outside our control.
By enabling SmartBooking, you acknowledge and accept this inherent uncertainty. As stated above, your trip is guaranteed - if the price does not drop, we book at market price; if it rises, we cover the difference.
Third-Party Booking Partners
Flight tickets are booked through third-party API partners. By using the Platform, you authorise Nomadiq to share your passenger details (name, date of birth, passport or ID information, and contact details) with our booking partners solely for the purpose of completing your reservation. These partners are bound by their own terms of service and data handling obligations.
Nomadiq is not responsible for errors, delays, or service failures attributable to our booking partners or airlines.
User Obligations
- You must provide accurate passenger information. Incorrect details may result in booking failure or denial of boarding, for which Nomadiq bears no liability.
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Platform's pricing algorithms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qidamon Ventures Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to missed flights, visa rejections, or losses attributable to airline schedule changes.
Our total aggregate liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount of Booking Balance held in your account at the time the claim arises.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Madhubani, Bihar.
We encourage you to first contact our support team at support@nomadiq.co.in to resolve any concerns before initiating legal proceedings.
Amendments
Nomadiq reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
