This Privacy Policy describes how Qidamon Ventures Private Limited (operating as Nomadiq), registered at Unit 1, Floor 3, Building-2, Solitaire Corporate Park, Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400093, India, collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use our Platform.

This Policy is compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

Account & Identity Data

  • Name, email address, mobile number
  • Date of birth (for age verification and passenger records)
  • Password (stored in encrypted form)

Passenger Data (for booking purposes)

  • Full legal name as per travel document
  • Date of birth
  • Passport or government-issued ID details (for international bookings)
  • Nationality

Travel Preferences

  • Route, travel dates, preferred airline, cabin class
  • Price thresholds and SmartBooking preferences

Transaction Data

  • Booking Balance load amounts and transaction history
  • Refund records
  • Payment metadata received from Razorpay (we do not store card, UPI, or banking credentials)

Device & Usage Data

  • IP address, browser type, device identifiers
  • Pages visited, features used, session duration
  • Crash reports and performance data

How We Use Your Data

  • To create and manage your Nomadiq account
  • To monitor flight fares and execute SmartBookings on your behalf
  • To transmit passenger details to our booking partners for ticket issuance
  • To process Booking Balance loads and refunds via Razorpay
  • To send booking confirmations, fare alerts, and service communications
  • To detect fraud, abuse, and security threats
  • To improve our AI pricing models and platform features
  • To comply with applicable laws and legal obligations

Important: We do not sell your personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes.

Data Sharing

Booking Partners

Passenger details (name, DOB, passport/ID) are transmitted to our third-party flight booking API partners solely to complete your reservation. This data is not retained by Nomadiq post-booking.

Payment Gateway

Transaction data is processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Razorpay's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment information.

Legal Compliance

We may disclose data to government authorities, courts, or law enforcement if required by law or valid legal process.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

We do not share your data with any other third parties without your explicit consent.

Data Retention

We retain your account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and for a period thereafter as required by applicable Indian law (including GST and accounting regulations).

Passenger details (name, DOB, passport/ID) shared with booking partners for the purpose of ticket issuance are transmitted in real time and are not retained by Nomadiq post-booking.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by writing to us at aryan@nomadiq.co.in. We will action such requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Your Rights under the DPDP Act, 2023

As a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Access: Request a summary of personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Right to Grievance Redressal: Lodge a complaint with our Grievance Officer.
  • Right to Nominate: Nominate an individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage of sensitive fields, and access controls to protect your personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; while we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a data breach that is likely to cause harm to you, we will notify you and the appropriate regulatory authority as required under applicable law.

Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has registered on the Platform, we will delete their account and associated data promptly.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
