This Cookie Policy explains how Qidamon Ventures Private Limited, operating as Nomadiq (“Nomadiq”, “we”, “us”), uses cookies and similar technologies (such as localStorage and pixel tags) when you visit nomadiq.co.in or use our flight booking services.
It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle the personal information we collect.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your browser when you visit it. They allow the site to remember information about you — such as whether you are logged in, your preferences, or what you have added to a booking — so the experience works smoothly across pages and visits.
Some cookies are set by Nomadiq directly (first-party). Others are set by trusted partners we use to run the service, such as our payment processor (third-party).
3. How we categorise cookies
Essential cookies
Required for the site to function. These keep you signed in, protect your account from CSRF attacks, and let you complete a booking. You cannot opt out of these without breaking core functionality.
Functional cookies & storage
Save your in-progress search and booking details on your device so you don’t lose them if you close the tab. This data stays in your browser and is not sent to our servers unless you explicitly submit a booking.
Analytics cookies
Help us understand how the site is used in aggregate — which features are popular, where users drop off in the booking flow, and where bugs occur. We use PostHog for this. Analytics cookies do not contain personally identifiable information like your name or email.
Third-party cookies
Set by external services we integrate with — most notably Razorpayon the payment page, which uses cookies for fraud detection and to remember your preferred payment methods. These are governed by the third party's own privacy policy.

5. Your choices
Browser controls
Most browsers let you view, manage, and delete cookies through their settings. You can also block cookies from specific sites or all sites. Note that if you block essential cookies, you will not be able to log in or make a booking.
Opting out of analytics
You can opt out of PostHog analytics tracking by enabling the Do Not Track setting in your browser, or by writing to us at travel@nomadiq.co.in. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the service.
6. Do we use cookies for advertising?
No. Nomadiq does not currently run advertising, retargeting, or marketing pixels. We do not sell or share cookie data with advertisers. If this changes in future, we will update this policy and notify you before any new tracking begins.
7. Data retention
Cookies expire on the schedule shown in the table above. When a cookie expires, your browser deletes it automatically. You can delete any cookie at any time through your browser settings.
Server-side data tied to your account (bookings, profile, saved travellers) is governed by our Privacy Policy, not this Cookie Policy.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time — for example, when we add a new integration or change how cookies are set. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we will also notify you by email or through an in-app notice.
